HLPF 2016 Position paper
Major Group of Non Governmental Organisations
(2nd Draft – 18 April 2016)
UN DESA/DSD has invited the nine major groups and other relevant stakeholders to submit one

submission will be accompanied by a list of the organizations that have contributed to its

difficult task of deleting over 1,000 words following the additional commentary
provided by NGO colleagues. We invite NGOs to identify red flags only in the
comment section by Friday, 22 April. We will not be be accepting additional
language at this time.
